Ait Ben Haddou is the most well preserved and beautiful Kasbah in Morocco, it's more like a collection of small Kasbahs. Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah is a UNESCO world heritage site and a 14th Century fortified hilltop village that was on the old caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara. The Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou has featured in countless films and a whole new village has grown up around this beautiful structure. We will start our day trip to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbahs at 09:00 from Marrakech to pass through the channel of the High Atlas by the road of Tizi N'Tichka Pass, the road passing the highest mountain of North Africa. This day trip will allow us to see the summits of the chain and beautiful traditional Berber villages along the road. We will reach to the fortified Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou (the world heritage site) to visit and to discover the charm of its beautiful Kasbahs.
It's an atmospheric place and the Kasbah looks beautiful particularly at sunrise or sunset. Here you can to climb to the ruins of the fortified granary with stunning views at the surrounding landscape and take a short walk along the river and in the village. Afterwards we continue to Ouarzazate the gate to the desert and the center of Sahara desert Tourism in the south, where we will visit the Taourirt Kasbah and its spectacular building that offers you the chance to see inside a real ancient Kasbah and see the Moroccan architecture. The entrance fee costs 2 euros or 20 dirhams per person. In the afternoon we drive back to Marrakech.
